The Shenandoah Villa being offered is located in a pedestal house usually with two units per house. They are very unique and can be one (B), two (A) or three-bedroom (AB) units.
The one bedroom (B):
Sleeps 4 with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, partial kitchen, fireplace and a deck (1 sleep sofa)
Rents for: ($500)
The two bedroom (A):
Sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, fireplace and 2 decks (1 sleep sofa)
Rents for: ($700)
The combination of both units above (A and B):
Sleeps 10 with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, partial kitchen, 2 fireplaces, and 3 decks (2 sleep sofas)
Rents together for: ($950)
