No experience is required. We can quickly train a motivated and dedicated apprentice to become an excellent painter.
If you have experience, you can apply, and you would become a Lead Painter much more quickly.
Interior, Exterior, Kitchen Cabinets, etc. We are a small business that has been in this area for 30 years. Recently we have started rebranding and growing. We are looking for someone with excellent work ethic to join our team!
Must be willing to drive distances on occasion to reach certain jobsites. And we pay for extended drive time.
We work in these areas: Charlottesville, Waynesboro, Staunton, Harrisonburg, Ruckersville, Madison, Orange.

$18+ per hour to start (no experience), with fast pay adjustments based on workmanship.
$24+ per hour for experienced painters, with fast pay adjustments based on workmanship.
Requirements:
-Can pass a background check
-Your own vehicle
-Valid driver's license
-Physical ability for: lifting 50lb paint buckets, climbing ladders, working in the heat (as needed)
