We are seeking a high‐dependability Mechanical Insulation Mechanic with 5+ years of experience in commercial and industrial mechanical insulation.
Applicant must be fully experienced in:
Metal application and fabrication
Heat tracing patterns
Building and installing removable jackets and boxes (experience a strong plus)
Loading, unloading, and picking up materials
Job‐site cleanup and maintaining a professional work environment
Supervising and directing a helper when needed
Requirements:
Must have a FaceTime‐equipped phone for communication
Must be able to travel to and from job sites reliably
Must demonstrate professionalism, strong work ethic, and dependability
Pay Structure:
$20/hour for the first two weeks (420 hours)
$30/hour after skills are assessed and proven
