I am subleasing my apartment. It can be furnished or unfurnished during this time, it is completely what you prefer. It is a single 1 bed 1 bath apartment on 14th street. It is extremely close to everything on the Corner and is about a 10 minute walk from the Rotunda. All utilities, electricity, and water are covered. You will also be able to park there. There is an in-unit washer and dryer right outside of the apartment. The rent is negotiable and I would love to answer any questions about it. It will be available from 6/17-8/17.
