In search of a temporary one month lease, my fiancé and I are waiting for our house to complete being built and we need somewhere to stay for a month. Our price range is $1,000 - $1,500 or $2k if you let us pay $1k biweekly. I am a teacher. He is a security guard and we have a son who has autism so he likes to run back-and-forth to stem so a place that requires being quiet would not work for us, also it would have to be a main floor because if it is not the main floor, the people under us will complain from him running back-and-forth.
