Looking for occasional overnight parking - self contained Class B Van (Charlottesville)

Hello - I visit Charlottesville at least once a week and am looking for a private parking spot for a class b van that I can stay in for usually 1 night per week, but sometimes could be 2 or 3 (3 would be rare in a week). Class B van is self contained so no need for electricty, water, or anything. I know its a bit of an unusual housing wanted, but I dont want to stay in hotels and I would prefer private property instead of public streets. I am looking for something either walking distance or a reasonble uber to downtown.
