Two rooms available and am looking for 2 new roommates for a joint lease beginning JUNE 2026. This apartment is close to the Downtown Mall (8 min walk away) with two other mid 20s males (one law student, one engineering student). Please email if you are interested and to learn more about the available room (no common area, each person has one room, shared bathroom and kitchen, washer/dryer in building, large shared front porch, ample free street parking, easy access to CAT and local free bus system). We can schedule a call/visit to see if this apartment is right for you! Looking for considerate roommates that will keep the common spaces clean. If you have a friend to bring along for the other room, we will consider this too! No Pets! Limit 1 person per room.

The largest room, located in the attic, is $526.88 a month (excluding utilities and internet) (might be furnished, can talk with outgoing roommate about what furniture he may leave behind). The smaller unfurnished room is $326.88 a month (excluding utilities and internet). We use Zelle for these payments. There is also a nonrefundable $375 fee to be added to the joint lease.
