Hi, I'm looking for a roommate to share a townhouse apartment at Cabell Avenue, Charlottesville, VA. The place is walking/biking distance of grounds, quiet, near bus stops but unfurnished. This townhouse is a remodeled version, so all facilities are equipped (updated kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, new hardwood flooring, new cabinetry, new carpet in the bedrooms. There is plenty of off-street parking in the complex, with access to a pool, pool table, and gym.

The apartment is leased on a full 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, outdoor patio, until June with the option to renew. The share of the rent is $850 plus electricity and internet.

I am a male PhD student who is responsible and a clean person, and hope you are as well. If you are a UVA grad student or working professional who loves cooking and being close to grounds, I believe we can be good roommates!
