I am listing by room ($900 per room). However, two (2) rooms are available for people that want to rent together. (I am hoping to fill both rooms). Both rooms are fully furnished, and there is a kitchen table/chairs as well as a couch and coffee table. If you have your own furniture, please let me know.
Bathrooms are both recently redone, there is a nice deck, washer and dryer in house, and central air. It is also super close to the hospital (10-12 min walk) and UVA campus (around 20 min walk - depends where you are headed and your speed - it takes me 15 minutes to walk to my Dept) and 5 min drive to downtown.
