Hello, I'm a Maintenance Technician working in student housing who is unhappy in my position.
I have found out I'm more interested in the HVAC side of things and I'm who they call on for all HVAC situations.
I have realized I'm being over workeId and not compensated for it.
I'm getting called off work orders to go help other coworkers complete theirs.
I have certifications over the supervisor who doesn't even have a driver's license.
I'm looking for an entry level or apprenticeship position as a HVAC service technician.
I have my EPA Universal 608, Plumbing Schematics Trade School Diploma and HVAC R and C Certifications.
I also have a Fundementals Of Project Planning and Management certification from UVA Darden School of Business
Principals only. Recruiters, please don't contact this poster.
