I have a set of 19" OEM wheels that I took off of our 2020 Volvo S60 T5 Inscription. They had 100% curb rash on all 4 wheels so I had them fixed and powder coated bengal silver with a gloss clear coat by Alloy Wheels Specialists. They turned out great, and they give a lifetime warranty on the finish. The picture is of one of the wheels, but I have all 4 sitting in storage with the original Volvo center caps. No tires, valve stems or lug nuts are included, just the wheels and center caps. Wheels are in great shape with no cracks and are all straight.

5 lug, 5x108mm (5x4.25 inches) bolt pattern.
