This is a great office in a lovely building with four other therapists on E. Market St. It's fully furnished with a standup desk that can lower to a sitting position, sofa, chair, and really great storage. The building is an old bunkhouse from when the railroad was on this side of town and converted into office space which makes it charming and cozy. Clients really appreciate being in the space and it's a joy to work from here. You'll have access to a shared waiting room, small work room with sink, fridge, microwave, and dedicated parking spaces.
This office is available starting now and through August when a therapist will return from maternity leave. There is some flexibility with the end date and possibly for staying depending on your needs. Ting high-speed internet, water, trash, electricity, office cleaning twice a month, and grounds keeping all included in the shared office expenses which usually works out to be about $140/month.
