Looking to sublet a beautiful, fully furnished office space just adjacent to Barracks Road Shopping Center. This inviting 172 square foot office space is ideal for bodywork or a private work area and includes a small desk, two chairs, a bookshelf, and plenty of room for a treatment table. I am open to rearranging the set up of the room so that it works for both of us.
The room is part of a charming office shared with a network chiropractor and features a lovely waiting area, easy parking, first floor entry, and a convenient location.
I’m a Feldenkrais Practitioner and Occupational Therapist and will be using the space on Fridays and Saturdays. It is available for sublet Sunday through Thursday.
Rent includes all utilities (minus wifi) and is $375/month for 3 days/week, $475/month for 4 days/week, and $575 for 5 days/week.
