The Role: Collaborative Creation & Technical Execution
I have a very specific vision for the "look and feel" of my brand, and I am looking for a creative collaborator to help bring it to life. While you will be the one executing the technical work, I highly value and respect creative input from someone who "gets" my aesthetic and can help me elevate it.
What You’ll Do:
* Creative Collaboration: We’ll work together on the soul and style of the brand. You’ll execute high-quality graphics and social content in Canva that match my specific "ethereal" vision.
* Technical Management: You’ll handle the technical side of website updates and CRM management, ensuring the digital backend is seamless and organized.
* Ceremony Support: Assist me in person during local group events like Sound Baths and Fire Ceremonies to help manage the flow and energy of the space.
* Business Stewardship: Help me maintain a consistent, sophisticated, and "high-vibe" presence across all platforms.
Who You Are:
* Excellent Visual Taste: You have a naturally refined eye for design, color, and layout.
* Tech-Fluent: You find web updates and CRM systems easy to navigate and aren't intimidated by new software.
* A Balance of Skills: You enjoy a workflow that is part technical execution and part creative brainstorming.
* Local & Grounded: You live in the Charlottesville area and feel at home in spiritual or ceremonial settings.
