Well used first year edition of Electro Harmonix's foray into the filter field. A more basic circuit, but it does a good job of creating that round sounding filter sound. Famously can get a more quacky (nick named Dr. Quack) response it can get a nice rounded sound as well, especially when playing quick notes in succession. The big control is the sensitivity control. On these there is an internal trimmer that sets the optimal frequency range for your guitar/pickups/setup. As this can change with different equipment, and does need occasional tweaking, I moved the trimmer control to an external controlled pot. Very useful.
Easy to use, easy to adjust and a great sound.
One of the bottom feet has been replaced with a square one. But we're all adults here, so I think we can handle that.
