Xpand Staffing is currently seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a growing team in Norfolk, VA. We are looking for individuals who are ready to start immediately and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Receive, sort, and organize inventory and materials
Load and unload boxes, pallets, and shipments
Prepare orders for shipping and distribution
Maintain accurate inventory records
Operate warehouse equipment and pallet jacks as needed
Assist with general warehouse duties and housekeeping
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Lift, move, and carry materials throughout the shift
Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality standards
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a physically active environment
