Who We Are:
We are a small business based in the DC area, and who lead projects in multiple areas. We are looking for talented individuals to join our upcoming Spring/Summer projects! Upon successful completion of this project, you will be considered for other assignments including: regular scheduled residential/commercial cleans, large commercial projects, and specialized cleaning assignments.
Project Details:
You will be cleaning multiple small/micro units daily. These units are small spaces that include a main space/common area, bathroom, and varying bedrooms (between 1 - 4 bedrooms in the unit). We have multiple bulk projects that begin May 10th through August. *You must be able to commit to at least a week of assignments.* Competitive compensation!
MUST Haves:
- Ability/willingness to travel to local and out of state sites (moderate travel stipend support included in bi-weekly pay, but you must be able to arrange and accommodate travel and needs)
- Experience: At a minimum; basic experience in detailed cleaning (residential or commercial preferred)
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable and efficiency are imperative

- Professional
- Be able to follow work order instructions
- Equipment: Some necessary cleaning equipment will be provided but access to your own supplies is a plus
- Transportation: reliable transportation to arrive to work area daily
- *Availability : At least full week of service from May 10th - August 30th. Priority given to those who can begin first week of project*
Details:
You will be cleaning multiple small/micro units daily during the project. Contract hours are for full day of approximately 8 hours with breaks; bonuses available for exceeding targeted thresholds daily. Competitive compensation!
