Contractor’s Helper – Full-Time (Charlottesville)

Looking for a dependable contractor’s helper for full-time work on residential/commercial projects.

Work includes:

demo and site prep
material handling
assisting with installs
maintaining clean, organized job sites

This is not just general labor. You will be expected to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and take direction well.

Requirements:

reliable transportation
consistent punctuality
ability to work hard all day
strong attention to detail
interest in learning construction skills

Strong preference for candidates with experience, especially:

finish work
carpentry or trim
working with tools accurately

Pay: $22–28/hr based on skill and experience (higher end for proven ability)
Location: Charlottesville
