This hands-on role includes supporting daily warehouse operations such as coffee production and packaging, assisting our Roaster, helping with Cold Brew coffee production, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and making store deliveries 2–3 days per week. Deliveries include local routes as well as trips to Harrisonburg, Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to lift 40+lbs and move product, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
