NOW HIRING: HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE WORKER – MOBILE HOME PARK (TROY, VA)
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Handyman / Maintenance Worker to help maintain a mobile home park located in Troy, Virginia.
Responsibilities include:
General carpentry and minor repairs
Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting (light duty)
Interior and exterior painting
Lawn care and grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, cleanup)
Mobile home lot upkeep and small fix-it projects
Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
Basic tools preferred (some tools may be provided)
Reliable transportation to and from job site
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Schedule & Pay:
Flexible / Part-time or Full-time depending on experience
Possible on-call or seasonal workload variation
