The Daily Progress is seeking a reliable Delivery Person to join our team to deliver newspapers 7 days a week. Routes are approximately 2.5-3 hours per day in the 22903 and 22932 zip code areas. Work hours start at 2am and the distribution center is located in Charlottesville at 685 W. Rio Rd (just off Berkmar Dr). The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license, social security card, auto insurance and a vehicle. All deliveries are to be completed by 6:30am Monday-Saturday and 7:30am on Sunday. Carriers are paid every 2 weeks (bi-weekly) and pay ranges from $1300 to $1500 depending on the route. The ideal individual should enjoy working independently, is physically active and takes pride in their work. ***$1500 Sign-On Bonus***
