We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate excavators and other heavy equipment to support high-production excavation and embankment operations. This role is essential to maintaining productivity, quality, and safety on the job site.
Job Duties Include:
• Operate excavators on slopes and subgrades to support high-production excavation and embankment work
• Safely and proficiently operate heavy equipment in a variety of jobsite conditions
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and operating standards
• Perform daily equipment inspections and complete maintenance and inspection reports
• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience operating excavators
• Proven work history demonstrating reliability and strong work ethic
