Thomas Jefferson's Monticello is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to coordinate and mentor Monticello's custodians to promote guest friendly behaviors and efficient service. Essential functions include scheduling and supervising custodial staff, helping to coordinate special event support, ordering supplies, and providing guest friendly safe housekeeping services for guests and staff facilities during normal operations and special events.
You will approve time off requests, write/conduct annual reviews and provide leadership & coaching for all custodial staff. You will also perform routine facility inspections for the spaces cleaned and maintained by the custodial team, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance.
Supervisory experience is required, as well as ability to use basic cleaning supplies and equipment. A Driver's License is required.
