This is a really solid mower, its deck is made of thicker steel unlike the cheap flimsy sheet metal decks you find in most mowers these days. The wheels are strong and turn very freely.
It has a mulching blade and a large bag, so it would be great for cleaning up the leaves in your yard as well as for mowing.
The engine has compression and will fire, but the carburetor needs repair or replacement. Also the operator-presence cable is stuck and needs to be replaced (part number 06921100). Price reflects the need for repair.
For reference, I located a brand new NOS carburetor for this mower on ebay for $36 and several options for aftermarket carburetors available on Amazon/ebay for about $15. I was able to find several sources for the operator-presence cable for around $30.
