We're Albemarle County residents (Forest Lakes) and bring a portion of what we make to Virginia to sell here.
The pictures show some of the bottling options we offer (glass bottles, Vermont jug and mason jars) and our sugarhouse in Vermont while boiling.

Everyone knows how wonderful real maple syrup is on pancakes, waffles and french toast. We also use it on oatmeal. Maple syrup is also used for much more. For baking; Maple syrup is an awesome all natural sweetener, which can be substituted for sugar. Virtually any recipe that uses a sweetener can be made using real Maple syrup. For example; Maple baked salmon, Maple teriyaki marinade, Maple butternut squash, Maple brussel sprouts and Maple pecan squares. Any of these recipes can be found by just a google search; for example; google "Maple carrot cake".
