French Black Copper Marans :
Our FBCMs lay nice dark copper eggs. Hens and roosters are out of award-winning Green Fire Farms line, and
Mashburns Marans lines. Gorgeous, with feathered legs. Super healthy. Fed Non-Gmo local feed for extra happy
hens & eggs.
Wheaten Ameraucana :
They lay blue to turquoise colored eggs. These are standard size (not bantams) and they are nice dual-purpose
chickens. The hens and roosters both typically are well bearded with pea combs and steely-blue legs. The hens are
mostly gold. Some have a little blue feathering and all have nice cheek-muffs. The rooster also has the pea comb and
mostly reddish, black and gold feathering, with emerald tails. Some of the rooster's wing feathers are irridescent
(sheens of green, blue and purple). Strikingly beautiful.
Welsummers :
Ours are selected for dark and speckled eggs. Nice brown + gold hens, colorful rooster. A Welsummer roosters was the
orginal rooster depicted on Kelloggs Corn Flakes box. These roosters are stunningly gorgeous, multi-colored
mahogany, gold and black feathering and emerald green tails !
Olive Eggers:
These eggs come from Ameraucana hens crossed with a French Black Copper Marans rooster. So, while the eggs are blue or
teal when you buy them, any pullets you get should lay olive green colored eggs ! Add interesting color to your egg
basket from this lovely cross !
Our flocks are fed certified non-gmo chicken feed and pure well water.
Hatching eggs are held at ideal temperature and collected within a
few days of your picking them up. Any eggs with cracks or problems are culled,
so you get only best quality hatching eggs to start in your incubator or under
a broody hen.
