Fill your freezer with locally raised pork this fall.
🐖 Pricing:
• $4.00 per lb hanging weight
• Plus processing fees (paid by customer)
A typical 300 lb hog yields:
• Hanging Weight: ~210–216 lbs
• Take-Home Pork: Approximately 140–160 lbs
• About 4 cubic feet of freezer space needed
Your pork will include a great mix of:
✔ Chops
✔ Boston Butt
✔ Ham
✔ Bacon
✔ Ribs
✔ Sausage
✔ Roasts and more
Roughly 1/3 sausage, 1/3 chops & roasts, and 1/3 ham & bacon depending on final cutting style.
You work directly with me, and I handle scheduling and communication with the processor. Once finished and packaged, I will deliver your pork directly to you.
