Our coffee shop is looking for a candidate to join our management team who has a passion for the coffee industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
As part of our leadership team, you'll help improve store operations, drive sales, build a strong team, and create a welcoming environment for both employees and guests.
We're looking for someone with:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
2–3 years of retail management or supervisory experience (coffee industry preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills
A positive attitude and passion for customer service
