The UVA Center for Leading Edge Addiction Research (CLEAR) is seeking adults 21 years and older who want to reduce or stop their craving for or usage of alcohol to participate in a research study to test the effectiveness of a study medication. The purpose of the study is to see if the study medication is effective for individuals who want to reduce or stop their regular craving for or usage of alcohol.
The trial is conducted over a 10-week period in Charlottesville, VA. All study-related exams, tests, and study medications are provided at no cost, and compensation will be offered for completing each visit.
