This is a small, handy water heater you can put under a sink to give it near instant hot water. It's easy to connect, with just an input and output pipe, and requires no special wiring, just a regular household outlet for power.
We used this for about 2 years, but no longer need it after doing a small kitchen renovation. It has a new magnesium anode rod installed, so should be good for a long time.
