IMMEDIATE OPENING - Small CPA firm with a friendly casual environment seeking a permanent part-time full-charge bookkeeper to work 30-40 hours per week and full-time during tax season.

Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel as well as have a good understanding of accounting.

Job duties include, but are not limited to Payroll Processing, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries, General Ledger Account Reconciliations, Quarterly Payroll Tax Returns, Preparation of W-2s and 1099s, Sales Tax Returns.

- able to switch between tasks for multiple clients while staying focused
