I�m graduating in December and I need someone to take over my lease. It is a single bedroom in a very nice large house in a nice residential neighborhood. This is perfect for a grad student, young professional, or someone who just wants to live somewhere quiet. It has just about everything you could want. It is with walking or biking distance of UVA and not too far from downtown. I can bike to school in about 7 minutes. However if you would like to buy my full size memory foam mattress, I will be selling it.

Rent is $450 a month and utilities run an additional $50 to $100 a month. You can just hand your check to the owner so there is no hassle of mailing it, which is nice. If you want to stick around there is a chance you could renew the lease in August. I would need you to sign something just saying that you will pay rent for the 7 months. I will probably move out towards the middle or end of December, so if you want to move in for the remainder of that month you can, and you won�t pay anything until January.
