It is super close to the UTS and free trolley stops. The apartment really close to the UVA medical center and a short walk from the corner. I recently moved out to save money for the summer as I'll be transferring this fall and I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease. The apartment is a 2BR with a lot of space. My roommate, Dave, works at SNL Financial and will be staying there. The lease ends July 31 and I know Dave plans on renewing and you would have the option to do so as well.

Rent is $700 total and utilities (which are only electric and cable/internet) run no more than $200 at most (usually more like $140), so your half of the rent and utilities each month would be no more than $450, a great deal by comparison to many of the other places I looked at when I moved to the area. The location is great, I've really enjoyed the apartment itself, and the landlord is nice and very accommodating. We have private parking, a washer and dryer, and really quiet and considerate roommates upstairs (the apartment is in a house, with a private entrance). It's non-smoking and they don't allow pets.
