I live in a 3 person furnished apartment. The other 2 roomates are very nice, and we are a clean bunch of people. Each person has their own bedroom AND their own bathroom (which is absolutely woinderful!), the kitchen and living area are shared. University Place Community is very nice, it has a pool, hot tub, tanning bed, computer lab, gym, game room, etc. Not to mention the fun events the clubhouse holds every month! And for University or PVCC students, there is a very handy shuttle that will take you to school every day. There is also unlimited parking for your car and your friends cars if they want visit.

The rent is $360 a month not including gas or electricity. However, the gas company is taking money from my initial deposit and not charging us until that money runs out, so you don't have to worry about paying that. The energy bill is usually very small.

It is also extremely well located in that you can hit the following areas/roads within 2-3 minutes --I-64 (and as a result easy access to highway 29); the 250 Bypass (and pantops) as well as East Market Street and downtown. I love that about this location. Finally, the duplex comes with two parking spaces and there is also parking access on the street.

I live in a 3 person furnished apartment at University Place Apartments. The other 2 roomates are very nice, and we are a clean bunch of people. Each person has their own bedroom AND their own bathroom (which is absolutely wonderful!), the kitchen and living area are shared. University Place Community is very nice, it has a pool, hot tub, tanning bed, computer lab, gym, game room, etc. Not to mention the fun events the clubhouse holds every month! And for University or PVCC students, there is a very handy shuttle that will take you to school every day. There is also unlimited parking for your car and your friends cars if they want visit.

The rent is $410 a month not including gas or electricity. However, the gas company is taking money from my initial deposit and not charging us until that money runs out, so you don't have to worry about paying that. The energy bill is usually very small.
