This is a lovely 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom apartment. We are looking to either sublease it as a whole or individually by the bedroom. Each bedroom has its own entrance from the outside as well as into the rest of the apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and closet, plus an extra bathroom in the living room area; there are 3 showers and 3 tubs. This apartment has a dishwasher, disposal, range, refrigerator, furnished living room, balcony and deck, and air conditioning. Amenities include: 24 hour maintenance, yard maintenance, parking - off street, walk to UVA, grass mowing, high-speed internet, and laundry facility. We are asking $620 a month per bedroom; this includes water, trash removal, sewer, internet, electricity, gas, and basic rent. We’re subleasing because will be living there for the 2010- 2011 school year; we just don’t need it over the summer. It would be a two month sublet; from June 10th until August 10th.
