I plan to sublet my room in a furnished 4b4b apartment from early December, 10mins driving or 20mins walk to UVa Engineering School. There are free shuttles in the community, going frequently to school during the day, and they stop at Engineering School, Cabell/Student Health and Jordan Hall/The Corner.
Everything is included in the monthly rent (electricity, water, washer&dryer, Internet, TV, a private bathroom and furniture); the rent is $489/month, but we can discuss about that if you are really interested in.
Currently, I have two roommates in this apt, and they are both very easy-going and friendly college or grad students. So if you are interested in, we also hope you to be a easy-going guy in this apt.
The community is very safe and quiet. It also has gym, game room, computer lab, pool, beach volleyball court and many BBQ places.
