I need a female sublet, until the end of the lease in June/July, for my apartment at Eagle's Landing. It is fully furnished (including dishes), patio, storage room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal. All utilities are included, free cable with HBO and wireless internet or ethernet, full access to pool, exercise facilities, computer room, game room and a security gate that closes at night. You have your own corner bedroom and bathroom off of the kitchen with a separate key. Nice view overlooking the woods. The two other ladies in the apartment are professionals. The building, is reserved for professionals or graduate students, very quiet.
I am willing to pay your deposit and application fee.
