It's also on the first floor so there's only a very small stair case to climb (8 steps from ground level). Also, the bus route runs along JPA and stops literally right in front of our place, as well as the trolley!
Rent is $433 a month and includes EVERYTHING except electricity. Also, cable is optional and therefore negotiable. Pets are negotiable but smoking is discouraged.
