My wife and I will be traveling to do research for 9 months. We want to sublet our furnished room/house to a female from January 2010 through August 2010, or any time therein. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac less than a mile from the university and hospital. It is only 3 blocks away from a UVA and CTS free trolley stop. The rent is $450 per/mo with utilities (water, gas, electric & highspeed internet) included. My sister lives in the house with 2 cats. The bathroom and kitchen, as well as living area are shared.
