I am looking for a person who wants to sublet a one-bedroom apartment in University Heights
(268 Colonnade drive, Charlottesville, VA).
We lived in this place during last year and were very happy to
lease an appartment in this complex. It is a clean, quiet and beautiful
place not far from the UVa central grounds.
Starting date: As soon as possible after November 8.
Ending date: My lease ends on June 21, 2010. I am looking for a person who
wants to sublet at least for three months.
Payment: 680/month that includes parking and all utilities except electricity.
This payment accounts for a discount in $50 which I will pay for you because the regular
price for this apartment in 2009 is $735/month. The regular price for lease starting in 2010
will be even higher. The bill for electricity is about $40 during summer and $60 in winter.
Furniture: For you convenience, I can leave the apartment partly
furnished. The furniture includes: Table, 2 chairs, and queen-size mattress
with the underneath box. All furniture is two-years old or newer.
All this furniture should be left in the apartment in the end of your sublet.
Secure deposit is not necessary (I have already paid it).
Apartment description: First floor; individual A/C, heater and water boiler;
fridge; dishwasher; two closets.
I do not have pets, but as far as I know, landlord allows for pets
for a small additional fee.
Applicant must complete landlord's application process (fee $35).
