The entire apartment has hardwood floors and includes a very large living area, a dining area, a balcony with French doors, two storage closets, and a washer and dryer! The living room also includes a very large plasma screen HD TV! The kitchen has granite countertops, a granite breakfast bar with stools, premium quality GE appliances, and a refrigerator with side-by-side doors, ice maker, and water dispenser. There are two full bathrooms and each is shared by two. The apartment building is very new and well insulated and therefore utility costs are very low. The room includes two high speed Internet connections, two cable TV jacks, and two phone line connections as well as access to wireless internet. Also, no worries about parking on the street because you will have one designated parking spot in the private lot behind the building! The rent is $538.75 plus a fourth of the utilities split with the other three apartment mates. Cable, internet, and the parking space come with the apartment and are therefore free!
