I would like to sublet my room in a 3 bedroom apartment. The November rent has been paid. The rent is $410 a month with everything included except electricity which is split between the roommates. There are currently two males in the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished. You get your own private bedroom with cable and internet hookup, your own private bathroom, and large walk-in closet. The lease runs through July 2010. You would need to go through the leasing process with the rental office.
