Furnished 1 bedroom apt. with bathroom in room. Share a living and kitchen space with 3 other UVA students. The students are girls and are very respectful and easy going.

Rent is $419 a month which includes cable and internet. Electricity is extra but will be split between 4 people. Typically runs about $40 a month. The lease runs until May 2010 but if you want to renew the lease you can. The room is avaiable anytime after Nov. 25th. There is a sublease fee of $200 but I am willing to talk about helping with this price if interested in room.
The subleaser will be required to fill out application and roommate matching along with some other paper work. If everything matches up then you will sign your own lease that will be until May 2010.
