Teacher at Wesley are smart, friendly, sweet, and caring. A lot of the teachers have been working at Wesley for quiet some time now.

2 1/2-3 1/2 Class- This is a wonderful class to have your child start at Wesley, this class as about 25 minutes of circle time(Weather, colors, letters, numbers, classroom jobs, calendar, shapes)Each week there is a new theme, fun art projects daily , each day they read about 3-4 books,lots of outside time and inside play (Centers, creative play) and a nap from 12:30 PM-3:00 PM. Ms. Sarah is the teacher and Ms. Diane is the assistant teacher.

3 1/2-4 1/2 Class- A Wonderful class, they learning learn a lot in this class to get ready for pre-k, they read a lot in this class. Each week there is a theme and the class discussion and art is on the theme. They sing songs, and also have a lot of outside/inside time along with a nap 12:30pm-3:00pm. Ms. Karen is the teacher.

Pre-K Class- A great and energized room, this room goes on a lot of nature walks, learns a lot about other cultures and their foods. They do great art projects and their teacher reads them chapter books everyday before nap. They have a lot of room/time to have creative play with the props/classmates in the classroom. They have a lot of outside time as well as other classes, and a nap from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Ms. Erica is the teacher and Ms.Kristi is the assistant teacher.

I have a need to establish a pool of people I can call to babysit in unusual or emergency situations when I need to leave him home. He is extremely easy to care for (immobile) and very sweet natured... but he is 75 lbs so you should be able to lift that weight. He does need diaper changes and is spoon fed. However, we're talking 2-3 hours at a time so I would envision that there would be very little work other than supervision and play.

Our sitter we had lined up just backed out on us at the last minute, as we need the sitter to start next week. For the last week of August, we would only need you for maybe a few hours one morning, and after that it would be every other Wednesday and Thursday day. We are looking for someone to watch our 4 year old roughly 4 days or nights a month. Husband's work schedule rotates between 2 months of nights and 2 months of days, and I am a full time UVa student, so we would need care every other Wednesday and Thursday, either day or night. Days would be from approx. 5:30 am until 4-5pm, and nights would be from 5pm until 7am. She sleeps from about 8-9pm until 8am, so nights would be a breeze! She's really a great, wellbehaved child. We are looking for someone who would charge $25/day and $20/night, but this is slightly negotiable.

We'd need someone who is able to do both days and nights, and who is also able to do last minute care when he will be late from work or when he gets called into work.

We live near Preston Avenue, and would like someone located on or within a few miles of 29 or Preston Avenue, no further north than Fashion Square Mall. We'd like care to take place in your home, preferably where there will be other children to play and socialize with. We are homeschooling for preschool, so there will be an emphasis on education.
